About us
A space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
At CalmPace Wellness, we believe that everyone deserves a space where they can show up as they are, without fear of judgment or the pressure to have everything figured out.
Life can be complicated. Sometimes, the experiences we carry, the relationships we navigate, and the challenges we face can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of where to turn. You might have spent a long time being strong for others while quietly struggling yourself.
You don’t have to navigate everything alone.
Our approach to psychology is grounded in compassion, respect, and the belief that meaningful change begins when people feel safe enough to be themselves.

Meet Behnaz Khosravi (Naz)
Registered Psychologist | Founder of CalmPace Wellness
I am Behnaz Khosravi, a registered psychologist with a strong commitment to helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater understanding, confidence, and self-compassion.
My professional experience spans a range of mental health settings, where I have supported people experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and complex life circumstances. Working with people from diverse backgrounds has strengthened my belief that every person’s story deserves to be heard with curiosity, sensitivity, and respect.
I understand that seeking psychological support can feel like a big step. You may not know where to begin, how to put your experiences into words, or whether someone will truly understand what you are going through.
My aim is to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable being honest about your experiences, including the parts of your story that may feel difficult to share.
I don’t believe that people should be defined by their diagnoses, their past experiences, or the hardest periods of their lives. I believe in recognising each person’s strengths, understanding the circumstances that have shaped them, and working together towards meaningful and realistic change.
My approach to psychology
Mindfulness first. Small steps. Meaningful change.
I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Together, we can work towards understanding your experiences, recognising patterns that may no longer serve you, strengthening emotional awareness, and developing practical strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges.
My approach values:
• Safety and trust: Building a therapeutic relationship in which you feel respected, heard, and understood.
• Trauma-informed care: Recognising how past experiences can influence present emotions, relationships, and ways of coping.
• Self-worth and self-compassion: Learning to relate to yourself with greater kindness rather than criticism.
• Boundaries and healthy relationships: Developing a clearer understanding of your needs, values, and personal boundaries.
• Practical, meaningful progress: Taking manageable steps at a pace that respects your circumstances and readiness for change.
Therapy isn’t about becoming a perfect version of yourself. It’s about developing a deeper understanding of who you are, what you need, and how you want to move forward.
You don’t have to have it all together to begin.
You might come to therapy with a clear goal, or you might simply know that something doesn’t feel right anymore.
Both are valid places to start.
You deserve to be met with compassion, not judgment; with curiosity, not assumptions; and with respect for your individual experiences.
At CalmPace Wellness, we aim to walk alongside you as you work towards greater understanding, emotional wellbeing, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
Your story matters. You matter. And taking the first step can begin with a conversation.
CalmPace Wellness — a calmer pace, a space for you.
